So lucky to have photographed this stunning wedding which will be a featured wedding on as one of my love stories! Emily & Dylan rocked the photos. (me being 7 months pregnant with twins!) we still managed to clamber up this grassy hill to get some pretty shots. The cloud came over at the perfect time…ahh photographers heaven…then wandered into the sweet little village of Puhoi for some more portraits before their ceremony at Puhoi House.
More to come from this doozy…until then I will be posting more on my Instagram @lucyricephoto
Also as a side note….yes I’m due to have twins next month- wowza. But I’m still taking bookings for next summer 2018 from January so please get in touch to secure your date if you would like to have me there!

I was so very lucky to fly down to Queenstown to photograph this sweet couple who flew from Australia to tie the know on a mountain. My first time in a helicopter & it was amazing!! thankfully the weather held off & we could get some pretty shots.
More to come from this little elopement with Simply Perfect Weddings.
Thankyou Natalie & Brent I loved hanging out with you guys xox Lucy

So very excited to have Jade & Jame’s Wedding featured on the stunning blog NOUBA. So much wedding inspo in this day at one of New Zealands most popular venues, Old Forest School. Jade wore a Rue de Seine gown to perfection. I loved this wedding & it’s crazy festival vibe. One for the memory banks for sure… I think Jade & James need to do it all over again one day because they sure know how to throw a party xxx Lucy

So excited about my new venture photographing family stories. Obviously since having a baby of my own has moved me more in this direction which feels so natural.
My Family Story sessions are in home. Natural. Documenting every day life.
Images come as a coffee table photo book, made to be seen, handled & looked at often- not just one single, forced photo on a wall, but a collection of images showing your very own family & all your little quirks & quiet moments.
A gallery of a beloved Family Story is here …

Love these two..& this sweet shot at the end of their day at Old Forest School venue in Tauranga, New Zealand. Country Weddings are the best- especially venues like these where there are so many photo ops right on site.
~ Jade & Jade taking in the last of the daylight on their gorgeous day- can’t wait to show more of this day!
